This position provides direct ABA supervision services to children on the autism Spectrum and other developments delays.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Assessments
- Define Individualized Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
- Direct supervise implementation of BSP
- Graph and analyze data and identify effectiveness of BSP strategies
- Training and supervision of Register Behavior Technicians, ABA therapists and parents/caregivers
- Design Functional Communication Systems
Use ABLLS and VBMAPP tools to define ABA programs
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- BCBA supervisor approved
- Experience implementing ABLLS and VBMAPP Assessment tools
- Design Functional Communication Systems
- Well knowledge of Microsoft office
- The ability to empathize with client and their family members
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Listening, communication and reasoning skills
Professionals certified at the BCaBA level provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Behavior Analyst in completing assessment.
- Assist the behavior analyst in developing ABA therapy
- Collect and analyze data and make interventions and changes as needed.
- Training and supervision of Register Behavior Technicians and parents/caregivers
Requirements:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

RBT is responsible in the implementation of Behavior Support Plan (BSP), collection of data, and coaching caregivers in implementing Behavior Support Plan (BSP) designed by the BCBA or BCaBA.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Individualized Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
- Collect daily data in app or forms designed by the BCBA or BCaBA
- Maintain program book
- Training caregivers/parents in strategies specify in Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
Requirements:
- Register Behavior Technician Certificate (RBT)
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Experience implementing ABLLS and VBMAPP assessments tool
- The ability to empathize with client and their family members
- Flexibility, adaptability and creativity
Listening, communication and reasoning skills
This position is responsible to provide client centered clinical mental health services to Children and Families. Individual/Family and group services.
Responsibilities
- Assess the client´s therapeutic needs.
- Develops treatment planning and reviewing
- Monitor progress summaries as required by contractual agreement with funding sources.
- Seeks clinical consultation.
- Follows HIPPA confidentiality requirements
- Follows abuse reporting procedures
- Follows Agency policies and procedures.

- Displays crisis intervention skills and follows established procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Master´s degree from an accredited university or college with a major in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or related human services.
- Bilingual Licensed Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Social work.
Targeted Case Managers facilitate the community-based assessment and planning process by working with individuals, families, service providers, and other agencies and individuals to create an individualized plan based of needs for each person. In addition, case managers assist individuals and/or parents or guardians in navigating the service system.
Responsibilities
- Assessing needs and completing a comprehensive assessment
- Developing an individualized plan (IP)
- Referral for services
- Coordination of services
- Monitoring the progress toward the goals identified in their individualized plan (IP).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited education program in a human services field
- Meets training, staffing qualification, and other state and federal requirements for case management/care coordination services.
